My first time at yr outlet at United Square. I was flustered by the poor direction leading to unit after enter into United Square Amazed at how professional Cynthia’s customer service aptitude and attitude towards me in the first few minutes I entered into yr place. She even so kindly showed me where is the washroom. Throughout my waiting though is long, I m impressed by her warmth and caring disposition towards me which make my wait bearable:):)) Thank you again the the service rendered by Cynthia. Also, Lilly is very knowledgeable and know her expertise very well.
